As our client base grows across key markets, we are seeking a Client Service Intern to help ensure smooth client experiences, clear communication, and high service quality across all engagements.

Role Overview

As a Client Service Intern, you will support GenieHive’s client operations across the full engagement lifecycle. This includes assisting with client onboarding, translating client needs into clear internal briefs, supporting delivery coordination, and maintaining strong communication throughout active projects. This role is ideal for someone with social media management experience, strong communication skills, and a curiosity-driven mindset who wants hands-on exposure to client service, account coordination, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media and Digital Account Support

  • Assist with managing social media accounts for select clients, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Support basic reporting on content performance and audience interaction.
  • Ensure client brand voice and guidelines are followed across digital touchpoints

Client Communication and Relationship Support

  • Act as a first-line support for client communication across email, messaging platforms, and schedule calls.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on project status and next steps.
  • Track client feedback, concerns, and requests, escalating where necessary.

Service and Delivery Coordination.

  • Liaise between clients, internal teams, and talent to ensure clear handoffs and alignment.
  • Support coordination of deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Help monitor service quality and flag potential risks to delivery or satisfaction.

Client Experience and Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate client records, service notes, and engagement documentation.
  • Support preparation of client summaries, reports, and renewal discussions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve GenieHive’s client workflows, communication templates, and service processes.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  •  • Prior experience with social media management and video editing, using CapCut, InShot, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-first mindset with professionalism and empathy.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service, account support, or community management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms, or collaborative tools.
  • Interest in talent marketplaces, startups, or service-based businesses.
  • Background in communications, business, marketing, or related fields.
