As we scale client acquisition across key markets, we are looking for two Growth Marketing Interns to support demand generation, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and content-led growth.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Growth and Partnerships team to drive client acquisition and pipeline growth in either Nigeria or North America. This role is hands-on, data-informed, and ideal for someone looking to build real-world experience in B2B growth marketing, sales enablement, and market expansion.

Each intern will have a primary regional focus, but will collaborate on global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers within assigned markets
  • Support outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, communities)
  • Help build and maintain lead lists and CRM records
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria

Growth Campaigns & Experiments

  • Assist in planning and executing growth experiments across channels.
  • Track campaign performance and document learnings.
  • Support market-specific messaging and positioning.

Content & Brand Support

  • Assist with growth-oriented content (LinkedIn posts, case studies, landing pages, email copy)
  • Localize messaging for Nigerian and North American audiences
  • Support brand storytelling and founder-led growth initiatives

Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Research potential partners (accelerators, communities, agencies, platforms)
  • Support outreach and coordination for co-marketing or referral opportunities

Reporting & Insights

  • Track weekly growth metrics (leads, responses, conversions)
  • Prepare simple reports and insights for internal reviews

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, or B2B sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with research, outreach, and experimentation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of funnels, lead generation, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with African talent markets, freelancing, or global work platforms
  • Background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
